If you are registered with a GP in the local area and are suffering from one of the following conditions listed below, then you are eligible for this service.

You need to get a voucher from your GP surgery the first time you use the scheme. Bring the voucher to us at Grafton Pharmacy to receive treatment without waiting for an appointment.

Treatment is FREE for the patients that are exempt from prescription charges and if you are not exempt then you can still use the scheme, but you will have to pay a prescription charge to the pharmacist in the usual way (or buy the medicines if they are cheaper than the prescription charge).
